2. Shipment Processing Time


(a) Processing time refers to the period we need to prepare your order for shipping.


(b) Once your payment is authorised and verified, orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days, excluding postage and shipping time.


(c) Domestic orders within Australia may ship within 5-10 business days, while international orders may take 15 or more business days, depending on the destination.


3. Shipment Locations

(b) Shipping Restrictions: We ship to commercial, domestic, and PO Box addresses.


4. Shipment Rates and Delivery Estimates


(a) We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery times are provided on the checkout page and commence from the date of shipment.


(b) Delivery times are estimates and are subject to order acceptance and approval. Delays due to weather or unforeseen circumstances may occur. We will make every effort to fulfil your order promptly, barring exceptional circumstances.


(c) Standard Shipping: Orders typically arrive within 5-10 business days within Australia and 15 or more business days internationally. Standard Shipping costs are displayed on the checkout page, which can change at our discretion.


(d) Express Shipping: Orders typically arrive within 1-3 business days within Australia. For international express delivery times, please contact us. Express Shipping costs are displayed on the checkout page, which can change at our discretion.


(e) Please note:


(i) Business days refer to Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.


(ii) Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.


(iii) Delivery dates may vary due to carrier practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered.


(iv) Products may arrive in separate shipments.


(v) Factors considered when calculating the Estimated Delivery Date include transit time and the weight of your order.


5. Tracking Options


(a) We aim to provide transparency throughout the shipping process. Once your order is confirmed and shipped, if applicable, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your order's delivery progress.


(b) Domestic (Within Australia): All domestic orders include tracking, and the tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched.


(c) International (Worldwide):


(i) International orders may not include tracking unless specified. All international orders typically require a signature upon delivery.

6. International Customs, Duties, and Taxes


(a) Orders shipped to destinations outside of Australia may be subject to import duties, fees, and taxes of the destination country. The Company is not responsible for these charges or any associated delays due to customs processes.


(b) We do not benefit from these charges and work closely with carriers to minimise delays. All fees during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility.


(c) You agree to be responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs requirements associated with importing products.


7. Damages
